Weekends, public holiday and afterhours callouts

We provide a 24/7 callout service for urgent plumbing, gas, drainage and roofing requirements. We will always try to repair the issue on the same day as quickly as possible, however sometimes we do need to return on the next working day.

An afterhours callout will incur a callout fee of $80 + GST.  Our time is then charged on a time-and-a-half basis.

‘Afterhours’ are weekdays before 7:30am or after 5:30pm, weekends and public holidays.

Invoices are required to be paid within 14 days of being issued. Invoices that are not paid within this time will incur penalty charges for late payments. If debt collection is necessary, the customer will be charged for the debt collection fees in addition to their unpaid invoice. Please see our terms and conditions for full details.

“Just like to say that we have found your services in plumbing and gas fitting of our camper van has been superb.
The job was done quickly, cleanly with a very tidy finish to all the work.
You provided solutions to some problems that we were worried about seemingly effortlessly.
You sorted out the certification of the self-containment, and the gas fitting, all with no fuss and to our brief.
I would highly recommend your services.
Many thanks.”
